The Shanghai Daily reports that visitors will be able to take three high-speed elevators to reach the 560-metrehigh platform, which will feature souvenir stores, exhibition areas and even a post office. The observation deck forms part of the 632-metre, 137-storey Shanghai Tower, which is the second tallest building in the world.
