TUI Travel PLC is currently seeking outstanding graduates for the TUI Travel PLC International Management Trainee Programme. This 18 months experience is open to graduates from around the world and will give you amazing exposure within the world��s leading travel company.

Once on board you��ll have the choice of a variety of assignments throughout our business, which will help develop your skills and knowledge. Our objective is to develop future leaders for roles in TUI Travel PLC, to develop their business & management skills and provide experience in all aspects of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

- 3-4 month assignments �C working in our different businesses

What We're Looking For
- A good degree (or equivalent) from a university or a business school
- English language skills to business standard, and one other language
- International experience (work experience, internship or study)
- An innovative, entrepreneurial, motivated professional approach
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills
- Flexibility to be internationally mobile

Marketing Specialist

Candidate Profile

We are currently looking for two Marketing Specialists, who hold considerable experience in multi-channel marketing to join our marketing team in Beijing and in concert with our product and sales forces to deliver exceptional creative solutions to our branding and business development through integrated marketing communications.

- Applicants with a BA degree/certificate in marketing

- 3 �C 4 years practice in professional marketing works; experience in tourism will be a plus

- Proficient in all communication mix techniques

- Must be responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

- A desire to learn, be challenged and be an instrumental part of a growing and changing company.

- Flexible, open-minded, enthusiastic and work well with others.

- Mandarin speaker and fluency in English.
